Arnel was the Emergency Relief Operations Manager and lead team member of Staff Squad, an event agency that successfully implemented production operations for debris removal in Miami Beach, following Hurricane Irma in 2017. This consisted of managing over 75 staff monitors and over 25 national truck crews. MB became the most productive city in the entire state of Florida, with 155,000 cubic yards of debris removed, and became a model city for the rest of the state to emulate.
